MarriottRENAISSANCE MARRIOTT BOSTON WATERFRONT HOTEL
Boston, Massachusetts

Marshall was contracted by Payton Construction Company to install an American Hydrotech roof garden system on this new waterfront hotel. Marshall installed hot liquid membrane, multiple components of insulation, and drainage products to make up the base of the roof garden. Marshall also installed paver terraces in conjunction with the roof garden creating an accessible landscaped environment for the guests of the hotel to enjoy. Working again with Greenscapes for the remainder of the landscape design and installation, Marshall produced yet another innovative green roof. Marshall was also contracted to install a 22,000 sq. ft fully adhered TPO roof system on the remainder of the roof levels.
